Differentiation Activity
Students will draw cards to create a 3-digit number. The blank is a zero. After they fill out the expanded expander, they will fill out the partially closed expander. The first set of cards is from Lesson 1 with zeros and the second set of cards is from Lesson 2 with teens and zeros.
