Extra Practice Differentiation Activity
Students pick cards to add 2 digit numbers to 3 digit numbers without bridging over a ten. On their turn, students pick to cards and calculate the sum mentally, explaining their process verbally to their partner. Students may use Base 10 blocks, if additional support is needed. After each round, students compare their sums and the one with the greater numbers scores a point.
